Young and nourished skin is not a gift of nature. It acquires appropriate routines and strict rules. In order to improve the condition of the skin and be at least slightly healthier and shining than usual, Elle Ziba shares with you the secrets of women with impeccable skin:
- Use the 4-2-4 method
It involves 4 minutes applying a hydrophilic oil on the face, then 2 minutes applying a cleansing cream. After another 4 minutes, rinse the skin with water.
- Use a cognac sponge
Cognac sponge is made from a special herb, and before you clear the face with it, you need to soak it in water to soften.
3.Massage and clean your face with gentle circular movements. Once a week, do basic cleaning treatments
Often these treatments should include serums, emulsions and essential oils. In Asia, for example, women use an average of 17 facial care products.
4.Protect your face from ultraviolet rays throughout the year
Face creams should contain an SPF factor, regardless of whether it’s summer or winter.
- Use rice water for a beautiful skin
Wash your face regularly with rice water instead of tonic.
- Add the menthol and green tea oil to the cosmetics
Menthol and green tea are great for everyday skin care. Add a few drops of oil in all creams and lotions.
- Turn the cosmetics into foam before applying them
Avoid applying the products directly to the skin in the form of a gel or lotion. If it is sparkling, first make foam from them using sponges and lupis, then apply. This makes the skin easier to absorb.
- Make a mask for equal tan
Mix 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon sandalwood powder. Then put the mixture on a half-cut tomato and rub the skin for 5-10 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
- Use plenty of oils
Coconut oil, avocado oil or olive oil – your body will be grateful. Coconut oil greatly nourishes the skin, while the olive gives a fantastic tan.
- At night: Remove your makeup.
Sleeping in your makeup isn’t exactly the best idea. When you sleep in your makeup, it can mix with the dirt and oil on your skin, leading to clogged pores
- Pat on an eye cream.
You’ve heard the popular saying, “the eyes are the window to the soul.” But if you’ve got dark circles under the eyes, puffiness, or crow’s feet, you probably don’t want anyone staring too hard at your eye area, do you? Nope, we thought not!
- Attention to fragile areas
Some parts of your face (eye contour, lips, etc.) have particularly fine, fragile skin. They need specific care, especially the eye contour and the lips. These areas of your face are more sensitive and deserve special attention.
- Exfoliation is indispensable
Use a suitable exfoliation treatment once or twice a week. It must be effective yet gentle and respectful. Choose a pH-neutral exfoliation product, which is perfect for smoothing and purifying the skin while respecting its natural balance.
- Use sunscreen.
Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15. Apply sunscreen generously, and reapply every two hours — or more often if you’re swimming or perspiring.
15. Don’t smoke
Smoking makes your skin look older and contributes to wrinkles. Smoking narrows the tiny blood vessels in the outermost layers of skin, which decreases blood flow and makes skin paler. This also depletes the skin of oxygen and nutrients that are important to skin health.
Sometimes it may seem like your skin is impossible to manage, but these tips can make that easy doable! Just follow them carefully and take the necessary time for implementation. Your skin will thank you!
